Boston Celtics loss Game 1 vs Chicago Bulls
Friday, April 24, 2009Entering the playoffs without Kevin Garnett was a nightmare for the Celtics.
Wanting to defend their title as last year’s NBA Champion.
Game 1 was more of a nightmare as Chicago rookie point guard Derrick Rose burnt them with
36 points, 11 assists and 4 rebounds.
Ray Allen had a chance to tie the game once again and send it to a 2nd overtime but his shot
bounced of the back of the rim as time expired.
Although it was a close game, the Celtics looked like they missed KG’s presence in the game.
